Our aim is simple
We’re here to empower young people by providing solution-focused pathways that place emphasis on social inclusion, encouraging them to take control of their lives while enjoying sustainable self-determination and having a belief in their potential.
We provide support for people who require specialised community based support to enable them to recover and develop. Designing specialist support to suit individual unique requirements is key to our services, with a focus on rehabilitation, enablement and personal development.

Well equipped housing
Our properties are decorated to a very high standard, fully furnished, and kitchen fully kitted with kitchen equipment. They are always kept clean and tidy. The properties are also fitted with fire extinguishers, fire blankets and smoke detectors that are regularly checked for the health and safety of our service users.
Person centered support
We understand that we need to earn trust and respect by being reliable, safe and having caring staff who you can get to young people. We won’t assume how they feel – it’s up to them to tell us. Young people have a say in the way their home is run, the support we provide and the ways we help them learn to live independently.
Experienced, caring staff
Our staff are the most valuable assets in delivering high-quality services. They want young people to gain practical skills whilst living at our properties. These skills range from managing your money, how to deal with everyday tasks such as shopping and cleaning, to deciding to volunteer for a local charity or being a good neighbour.
